Police beat July 16
Two cited in fight: Christine Binger, 36, of 104 Wayne Village, and Carrie Lynn Bolz, 30, of 101 Wayne Village, were each cited for harassment following a fight in their Franklin Township neighborhood June 18, state police said.
False calls to state police: Lisa M. Weight, 42, of 11 East View Trailer Court, Franklin Township, was cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly calling state police repeatedly July 3 to cause a disturbance.
Harassment citation: State police said they cited James A. Scott, 39, of Dilliner, with harassment for allegedly twisting a woman’s thumb on June 7 and shoving her out of the cab while on Linden Alley in Franklin Township.
Window broken: State police cited Joseph A. Lilley III, 21, of 123A Fairview Ave., Waynesburg, for criminal mischief and harassment after he allegedly shoved another man during an argument at his residence on June 19. Police said he also broke the man’s pickup truck’s side window, causing about $200 in damage.
Simple assault: Melissa M. Frameli, 34, of 57 Pine St., Clarksville, was charged with simple assault after she allegedly struck her ex-husband, Brian Frameli, in the face with a retractable dog leash during an argument at 1:42 p.m. Sunday in the couple’s home, state police said.
Trespassing: Herman S. Orndoff, 55, of 132 Wayne Village, Waynesburg, was cited for trespassing after state police said he entered a construction area at Jefferson-Morgan High School’s parking lot to “scrap” on July 7.
Harassment: Paul S. Grim, 34, of 112 School Road, Mt. Morris, was cited for harassment after state police said he punched a person in the face outside his home July 5.
