Knife assault: Shannon M. Horvwalt, 39, of Dilliner, is accused by state police of swinging a knife at Donald Horvwalt’s throat, scratching his neck, while inside their Dunkard Township home late Friday night. Police charged Horvwalt with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. Police obtained an arrest warrant through District Judge Glenn Bates’ office.
