Police beat June 5
ATVs stolen: Three all-terrain vehicles were stolen from a garage along Green Valley Road in Aleppo Township May 27, state police said.
Theft charge: State police charged Christopher C. Rademaker, 48, of Hibbs, with theft after troopers said he stole a cellphone worth $300 from an employee working at Taco Bell in Franklin Township May 20.
Disorderly conduct charge: James D. Howard, 24, of Canfield, Ohio, was cited for disorderly conduct after state police said he refused to get into a state vehicle along Interstate 79 in Franklin Township after he had car problems along the highway May 21. Police said he also refused to pay for gasoline supplied by a towing company called to assist him.
Harassment citation: State police cited Scott A. Rolf, 44, of 77 C St., Clarksville, for harassment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly threatened to harm a 60-year-old Morgan Township man and shouted threats to an E Drive resident May 28.
Residences vandalized: State police said a person vandalized two residences at Wheeling Creek Mobile Home Park in Richhill Township May 27 when they slashed two car tires, damaged a television satellite dish and broke two air-conditioning units.
