Drug arrest: Tracy Yates, 41, of 150 Thompson Ave., Donora, is charged by Carroll police with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, accused of having a small amount of heroin and fentanyl while being treated at Mon Valley Hospital about 7 p.m. Dec. 20, court records show. He is free on $5,000 bond set Tuesday by District Judge Mark Wilson.
Cellphone stolen: Timothy Gill of Canonsburg told Chartiers police Thursday his Samsung Note 2 cellphone was stolen from his unlocked vehicle while the vehicle was parked at 570 Pike St., Meadow Lands, last week.
Watches stolen: Shane Bowman of Ewing Street, Meadow Lands, told Chartiers police Tuesday two Bulova watches were stolen from his home. One is silver with crystal around the face and the other silver with black trim and diamonds around the face.
Theft case: Mary DeAngelo, 58, of 508 ½ Park Ave., Monongahela, is charged in a private criminal complaint with theft of services, accused of illegally restoring her natural gas service and stealing $337 from Peoples Gas Co., court records show. She is free on $1,000 bond set Tuesday by District Judge Mark Wilson.
Assault alleged: Ronald Paith, 34, of 1007 Sycamore St., Washington, was charged with violating a protection-from-abuse order after he allegedly crawled through an open first-floor window and went into the Maple Terrace home of his former girlfriend, Jessica Powell, early Thursday, Washington police said. The two got into an argument and he allegedly punched her, knocking her to the floor. He was placed in Washington County jail on a bench warrant.
Loitering charges: Dominique Cage, 19, of Clarksville, and Adam Blackburn, 27, of 140 W. Walnut St., Washington, will be charged with loitering and prowling at night after allegedly jumping the fence at the home of Clarence Terry, 924 Chartiers St., about 11:35 p.m. Wednesday. Terry told police they ran when he confronted them as they approached his porch. Police said they were found inside a house a few doors away. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Disorderly charge: Josh Fields, 22, of Addison Street, Washington, was charged by Washington police with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness stemming from physical confrontation Wednesday at Addison and Hart avenues. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Man assaulted: James Sullivan, 52, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, was assaulted Wednesday outside the City Mission by two men, Washington police said. Both men reportedly punched him, and one hit him with a brick, according to bystanders. Police said Sullivan appeared intoxicated and was unable to tell officers what happened. He was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment.
Harassment charges: A 17-year-old Washington girl and Dechanta Jolly, 29, of 158 Park Ave., Washington, were charged by Washington police with harassment stemming from a confrontation Wednesday morning inside the Washington County Courthouse, Washington police said. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
