Aleppo Brethren Church is having a free community dinner this Friday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include shake-n-bake chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and Jell-O. For more information, call 724-428-9812.

The Corner Cupboard Food Bank is hosting an open house June 23 from 4 to 6 p.m. The open house will consist of a cooking demonstration by Dan Wagner, GCCTC Culinary Arts Teacher, making a creative menu using common pantry items and a “Chopped” style competition between GCCTC Culinary Arts Students who will be challenged to use pantry items in unique ways.
