Local River Sweep event postponed

The River Sweep event scheduled for Saturday in Cecil Township has been postponed until Aug. 8 because of high water.

River Sweep is an annual, six-state event in which volunteers clean up litter and debris from streams and riverbanks in the Ohio River watershed.
