Stolen vehicle: Darius M. Rawls, 20, of 806 Crest Ave., Charleroi, was charged by state police with receiving stolen property, accused of driving a vehicle without permission during a traffic stop on Wilson Road about 7:15 p.m. Saturday, court records show. He is free on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Fuel stolen: Robert Starr told state police June 24 that 300 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from a drum in his field off Rural Valley Road, Buffalo.

Harassment charge: Kevin Yauger, 54, of Uniontown, was charged by California police with harassment after he allegedly harassed residents of 620 Wood St., on Monday.

Man charged: Chance W. Howell, 22, of 712 Monongahela Ave., North Charleroi, was charged by Charleroi Regional police with trespassing and resisting arrest, accused of showing up at a residence in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue about 7:20 p.m. June 22 after being told to stay away from the house, court records show. Howell will receive the case in a summons filed Monday before District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Man assaulted: Gregory A. Dulaney, 31, of 294 Potato Run Road in Amwell Township, was charged by state police with burglary, simple assault, trespassing, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, court records state. He is accused of kicking in a door, entering a residence at 1959 Lone Pine Road and striking Joshua Smith several times in the head about 3:30 a.m. Saturday. He is free on $35,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Vehicle tampering: Robert Amrhein of McDonald told McDonald police Monday that a zip tie had been attached to the drive shaft of his vehicle while it was parked Thursday at Heritage Park. The tie had to be removed by a mechanic.

Road rage: Pamela R. Hartman, 50, of Lafayette, Ind., was charged by state police with making terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, simple assault and disorderly conduct, court records show. She is accused of flashing a gun at another motorist whose vehicle she was following too closely about 12:30 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 70 west. She is free on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Faces DUI charge: Marie E. Yater, 55, of 127 W. Roy Furman Highway, Wind Ridge, faces a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after North Franklin police received a report of a vehicle with one wheel rim being driven with sparks flying Monday night. She was stopped on Park Avenue near Scenic Drive. Yater, who told police she had been drinking vodka, was taken to Washington Hospital where blood was drawn to determine her alcohol level.

Deposits stolen: An employee of Long John Silvers, 1450 W. Chestnut St., reported money stolen from the restaurant’s bank deposits on June 20. North Franklin police are investigating the reported theft of $742.

Generator stolen: A generator owned by Bill Ross of Avella was stolen June 18 from a van parked at 165 Milbeck Drive, North Franklin police said.

Cash stolen: Justin M. Stansberry, 25, of 212 Vine St., Monongahela, was charged Thursday with theft by North Franklin police. He is accused of stealing $910 from cash registers while working at Sears. Washington Crown Center, on several occasions. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Marijuana, paraphernalia charges: Frank Renzulli, 23, of 2022 Plain View Ave., Pittsburgh, will be charged by Peters police with possession of paraphernalia and marijuana after he was found with a suspected marijuana pipe on his lap and a bag of suspected marijuana on the passenger seat of his vehicle in Venetia Park about 9 p.m. Monday. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge James Ellis.

Two face charges: Troy S. Ethridge, 29, who South Strabane police said is homeless, and Amanda M. McGary, 28, of 69 W. Hallam Ave., Washington, face charges following an incident Monday in Arby’s, Trinity Point. Police received a complaint of two people in the restaurant who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When they arrived, Ethridge was yelling toward the ladies’ restroom, where officers found McGary. He had suspected heroin and prescription drugs in a bottle with someone else’s name. She also had prescription drugs in bottles that did not have her name as well as empty stamp bags of heroin. He was arraigned before District Judge Jay Weller on charges of possession of drugs and public intoxication and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond. He faces additional charges after jail officials found more drugs and paraphernalia in his bookbag. She was placed in jail on a bench warrant. She will be charged with possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
