NEW EAGLE – A New Eagle man was arrested in an indecent assault case involving three children.

Monongahela Regional police said Scott M. Filipiak II, 21, of 135 Union St., was accused of assaulting the children ranging in ages between 4 to 12 at or near his residence over the past year.

Filipiak was arrested about 4 a.m. Thursday on a warrant signed a day earlier by District Judge Mark Wilson in Monongahela.

He was also charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent exposure, police said.

Wilson sent him to Washington County jail on $100,000 bond, court records show.
