Ortitay schedules town hall meeting
BRIDGEVILLE- Rep. Jason Ortitay, R-Bridgeville, is inviting residents to attend his second town hall meeting as state representative of the 46th Legislative District on Thursday.
The town hall meeting will be held at the McDonald Borough Building at 151 School St. in McDonald at 6 p.m.
“Town hall meetings give residents an opportunity to hear directly from their representative about what’s happening in Harrisburg, ask questions and voice their opinions,” Ortitay said. “I look forward meeting more residents of the 46th and hearing their concerns.”
RSVPs are appreciated, but not necessary. Residents can RSVP by calling Ortitay’s district office at 412-221-5110. Ortitay previously held a town hall meeting in Canton Township on April 8 and a telephone town hall meeting on March 31.
The 46th Legislative District is made up of portions of Washington and Allegheny counties. In Washington County, the district includes Canton, Cecil, Mt. Pleasant, Robinson and Smith townships and the boroughs of Burgettstown, McDonald (in both Washington and Allegheny counties) and Midway. In Allegheny County, the district includes Collier and South Fayette townships and the boroughs of Bridgeville, Heidelberg and Oakdale.
