Waynesburg University honors graduates

Graduates of Waynesburg University walk through campus Sunday afternoon following commencement ceremonies that honored 730 students who received their undergraduate, master or doctorate degrees.

The Most Rev. David Zubik, bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, delivered the commencement address and received an honorary doctorate degree from the university.

Three of the seven valedictorians, John Allison of Hickory, Quincy Hathaway of Jefferson and Jeremy Hinkle of Washington, are from Washington and Greene counties.
