Jefferson Baptist Church at 179 Pine St., Jefferson, is offering monthly support group meetings for friends and relatives of those who suffer from substance abuse of any kind. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the church basement. The meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at the same time. At this meeting, people can talk to others who are struggling with how to deal with their loves ones who are addicted to alcohol or drugs. Smith Cemetery Co. will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, at 230 Kennel Road, Waynesburg. Members are urged to attend.
