Anthony D. Hague, 49, 347 Elcona Drive, Washington; second offense of DUI and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 8; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in jail, $1,700 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Samuel A. Shuba, 30, 174 Arlington Ave., Pittsburgh; driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest; charged May 7, 2014; sentence – 6 to 12 months of confinement with first 3 months in jail followed by 3 months on electronic home monitoring and $200 fine.
Raymond J. Churilla, 49, 78 Southview Road, McDonald; careless driving; charged April 9, 2014; sentence – $25 fine.
