Theft reported: Martin Huggins and his mother, Charlotte Alderman, told McDonald police Sunday an air conditioner was stolen from their apartment on Main Street in Burgettstown. Huggins told police he had it sitting outside the front door of the apartment until he could install it.

Bicyclist hit: Thomas Herman, 47, of 562 E. Maiden St., Washington, refused treatment Sunday after he was struck by a vehicle driven by Desiree Lindley, 48, of 751 Sugar Run Road, Eighty Four, at the intersection of North Central Avenue and Pike Street, Canonsburg police said. Lindley told police she briefly looked away from the road.

Stove reported stolen: Evelyn Henney told Canonsburg police Saturday a stove was stolen from rental property she owns at 411 Spruce St.

Medication reported stolen: Marvin Seals of 615 W. College St. told Canonsburg police Friday prescription medication delivered to his home late last month was stolen from his mailbox.

Harassment citation: Frank Farina, 72, of Washington, was cited for harassment after he allegedly punched the driver’s side window of a vehicle driven by Sandra Kusch, 47, of Washington, following a fender-bender along Henderson Avenue Friday, state police said. Farina also allegedly tried to open Kusch’s door while she was on the phone with a 911 operator.

Club cited: The operators of Arden Athletic Club, 25 Seik Road, Chartiers, were cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly allowing gambling on the premises April 4.

Illegal firearm transfer alleged: Terry M. Queen, 31, of California, will be charged by California police with unsworn falsification to police and illegal sale or transfer of firearms after he allegedly falsified an application to purchase a gun at Pfrogners Firearms, 317 N. California Drive, Coal Center, May 6. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Resisting, drunkenness arrest: Delores J. Ernewein, 49, of 420 Weis St., Donora, was arrested early Saturday by Donora police on charges of disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and resisting arrest. Police said they had seen her stumbling as she walked on Linden Way at Fourth Street. When they tried to take her into custody, police said she struggled with the officers. She was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Assault arrest: Daniel E. Paine, 59, of 125 Liberty St., McDonald, was arrested early Monday by McDonald police on charges of simple assault and two counts of harassment for allegedly punching Michelle Watters in the face after returning home intoxicated from a bar in Midway. She told police the two wrestled on the ground and she struck Paine in an attempt to stop him from harming her. When they got up, she said he charged at her and hit in the face and body. She told police she then struck him again, and Paine fell asleep in the bed. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Window damaged: Jeffrey Stein of 2266 E. National Pike, North Bethlehem, told state police last week the rear driver’s side window of his vehicle was broken. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-223-5200.

Wallet stolen: Ariele Mayberry of Franklin Farms Road, North Franklin, told North Franklin police Saturday her wallet containing her credit and debit cards and driver’s license was stolen while she was working at Payless Shoe Source, Washington Crown Center.

Trespass, disorderly charges: Kevin R. Hines Jr., 18, of 955 Summerlea Ave., Washington, was charged by North Franklin police with criminal trespass and James K. Nichol IV, 19, of 610 Buena Vista St., Canton Township, was charged with disorderly conduct after they were found Saturday on Washington Crown Center property posted for no trespassing. Nichol had a small amount of marijuana, police said.

House burglarized: An elderly North Franklin woman told township police Sunday her home in the 300 block of Dewey Avenue was burglarized. A doll collection valued at $600, an Edgewood china set valued at $1,000 and a cedar chest were stolen, police said. There was no sign of forced entry, but the house was ransacked.

DUI charge: Andrew J. Minnis, 20, of Washington, was arrested Saturday after illegally parking in a handicap spot in the parking lot of Grand China Buffet, 301 Oak Spring Road, while under the influence, state police said. Minnis had warrants from Washington and Allegheny counties and was taken to Washington County jail. Elizabeth A. Weimer, 22, of Washington, also was arrested after police said they found drugs and drug paraphernalia on her. Charges are pending.

Clothing stolen: A manager at Ralph Lauren Polo at Tanger Outlets told South Strabane police Friday $500 in clothing was stolen by three women who were in the store. Police searched the area but could not find the alleged thieves.

Theft arrest: Justin Trump. 25, of 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington, will be charged by Washington police with retail theft for allegedly stealing items from Family Dollar, 130 Highland Ave., Friday. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

911 center called: Ryan Fonner, 22, of 222 Ridge Ave., Washington, was charged with harassment by Washington police after he allegedly made five calls to the 911 center in one hour Saturday. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Car damaged: A brick was thrown Saturday at a car owned by Shaelynn Saunoras, 675 Ewing St., while it was parked outside 121 Woodland Ave., Washington police said.

Meter damaged: A Washington Parking Authority meter on South Main Street was damaged Saturday, Washington police said. It is not known if money was stolen.

Window broken: Melissa Holden of 685 Addison St. told Washington police Saturday a cinder block was thrown through the rear window of her car, landing on the back floor.

Boy missing: Matthew Paith, 14, of 123 Poplar St., was reported missing Saturday. Washington police said his mother last heard from him Friday afternoon when he told her he was stopping at a friend’s home. He is black, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and was wearing black and white camouflage shorts, a black shirt and black and silver tennis shoes.

Mischief, disorderly charges: James T. Wehrmann, 23, of 550 Fayette St., will be charged by Washington police with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after he allegedly kicked in a door, breaking the glass at the home of Marie Bails, 700 Broad St., Saturday.

Bicycle stolen: Jeffrey Hines of 996 Jefferson Ave. told Washington police Saturday his blue and black mountain bike was stolen from outside his apartment.

DUI charge: Trevor Johnson, 38, of 324 Woodland Ave., Canonsburg, will be charged with DUI after police say he crashed his vehicle into a utility pole early Sunday on West Chestnut Street at Shaw Avenue. Washington police said his blood-alcohol content was more than three times the 0.08 percent limit at which intoxication is presumed.

Vehicle entered: Delbert Meyers of St. Thomas, Franklin County, told Washington police Sunday his global-positioning unit, a pair of Nike tennis shoes and a pair of Adidas tennis shoes were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in the 10 block of North College Street.

Safe stolen: A safe and money were reported stolen Sunday from Try Again Homes, 365 Jefferson Ave. Washington police said a rear window had been pushed open.

Window shot: A BB gun apparently was used to shoot a hole in a window Sunday at Four Star Pizza, 860 Jefferson Ave., Washington police said.

Warrant arrest: Percy L. Dudley Jr., 29, of 656 Fayette St., Washington, was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs. According to the complaint, Washington County Drug Task Force was investigating drug trafficking in and around the 700 block of Ewing Street. After obtaining a warrant Thursday, police searched a home there and said Dudley was found to be in possession of 42 small white sealed bags, stamped “Get Hard” in red ink, known to be used in heroin trafficking. He also had more than $5,000. Dudley is in Washington County jail on a parole detainer. Charges will be sent by summons.
