Driver injured: Alexis Fowler, 20, of Washington, was injured about 1 p.m. Monday when her vehicle went into the median of Interstate 70, rolled over and went into the oncoming lane, where it struck a tractor-trailer driven by Charles E. Fought, 62, of Galloway, Ohio, near the Taylorstown exit, Buffalo. State police said she was flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment. Fowler will be charged with failure to stay in her lane.

Pills and cash stolen: Rebecca Kelly, 3242 Millers Run Road, Cecil, told police she parked her car in front of her house Friday and left it unlocked. When she came out of her house, $7 in cash and 30 OxyContin pills were missing.

Tools missing: A trailer full of construction tools owned by Troyer Brothers Construction of Huntsburg, Ohio, valued at $15,000 were reported missing Monday from a construction site on Network Drive in Cecil Township.

GPS missing: Jonathon Bametz of 83 Maple St., Muse, told police Monday his Garmin GPS was taken out of his unlocked car that was parked in front of his house.

Drug charges: Douglas Louk Jr., 19, of 1045 Fourth St. Ext., Charleroi, was charged by Charleroi Regional police with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia and disorderly conduct stemming from an incident Friday in the 200 block of Meadow Avenue Rear. Police said he and a girl were trying to hide. Both were taken home. The girl was charged with a curfew violation and disorderly conduct. Louk will be charged by summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Three face charges: Marquise Quinn, 20, of Monessen; Kathryn Taylor, 20, of 25 Bowman St., Stockdale; and Terrsmon Scott, 26, of 804 Meadow Ave., Charleroi, face charges of hindering apprehension stemming from a incident Saturday. Charleroi Regional police were at 804 Meadow Ave., Charleroi, to arrest a juvenile wanted on probation warrants in Fayette and Washington counties. The juvenile was taken into custody and turned over to Washington County sheriff’s deputies. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Assault arrest: Tre J. Axton, 19, of 213 Lookout Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Monday by state police on charges of simple assault and harassment. He is accused of grabbing Gabrielle Smith by the right arm and throwing her to the ground during a confrontation at 125 Sims Lane, Fallowfield. She hit her head on a metal bed rail, police said. Axton was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Threat, assault charges: Harry Bowman, 46, of 724 ½ McElree Road/McGowan Lane, was arrested Monday by North Franklin police for allegedly threatening to shoot his father, Robert McGowan, during a confrontation at their home. When police arrived, they could hear shouting coming from inside his home. Bowman reportedly was yelling at his 13-year-old daughter. She told police he choked her, but Bowman denied it. He claimed he grabbed her by the arm as he tried to hit her on the buttocks. Police also had been called to the home Saturday. Bowman was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of simple assault and making terroristic threats. He was placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.

Two charged: Dwayne C. Adams, 40, of 334 Ross Road, Eighty Four, and Christopher C. Sickman, 30, of 230 Reed St., Houston, were charged by state police Tuesday stemming from an April 18 traffic stop on West Chestnut Street, North Franklin. Sickman was charged with driving under the influence of morphine and possession of paraphernalia. Adams was charged with possession of heroin. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Cruelty to animals charge: Police cited Sandra Hage, 42, of 6415 Pleasant Street, South Park, with cruelty to animals Saturday afternoon at 3959 Washington Road. According to reports, a woman flagged down police and showed them a small dog locked in a car that was not running with the windows rolled down three inches. Police said it was 89 degrees and the dog panting and crying and had been inside the car for at least 10 minutes.

Man charged: A woman walking her dog in Peterswood Park Friday morning said an unleashed dog owned by James Holley, 58, of 118 Clubside Drive tried to bite her and her dog. She said when she told Holley about his dog, he began using profane language with her. Several people saw Holley kick his dog. Police cited Holley for cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.

Guns stolen: Robert Gatling Jr., who lives in the 400 block of East Maiden Street, told Washington police a Winchester 12-gauge shotgun, Remington 7 mm bolt-action shotgun, Remington bolt-action shotgun, Winchester double-barreled shotgun and .22-caliber revolver were stolen in a burglary of his home Monday. Police talked with a suspect seen leaving the home with the weapons. The investigation is continuing.

Disorderly charge: James Conway of 515 Fayette St. was charged by Washington police with disorderly conduct after police were called to his home three times in a 24-hour period for reports of him causing disturbances and fighting with his neighbors.

Safe stolen: Brittany Blankinsop of 663 Addison St. told Washington police Monday her home was burglarized between May 1 and 8. She said she discovered a crack in the front door. A Sony Playstation 4 and safe were stolen.

Cables stolen: Washington police said 250 feet of electrical cable and 920 feet of welding cable were reported stolen Monday from a fenced area at Fairmont Supply, 437 Jefferson Ave. The cable is valued at $2,832.60, police said.

Access card stolen: Kim Gates of 219 Ridge Ave. told Washington police Monday her Access card was stolen from her home.

Cash stolen: David Kriston of 746 Addison St. told Washington police Monday $250 was stolen during a burglary of his home.
