Charges against Canton Township man withdrawn

Charges filed against a Canton Township man earlier this month for allegedly inappropriately touching a teenage girl were withdrawn at his preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge David Mark. Randal J. Higgins, 54, of 1873, was cleared of charges of corruption of minors, criminal attempt and indecent assault filed by state police.
