Golf cart stolen: A silver golf cart with a white canopy top was stolen from the backyard of a Sugar Run Road home in Franklin Township early Tuesday morning, state police said.
Sign vandalized: State police said a sign outside the office of Dr. Steven Pinelli & Associates along Elm Drive in Franklin Township was damaged late Monday.
Burglary charge: State police have filed charges against a Marianna man in connection with the burglary of a Jefferson Township home last July. Police said Cody A. Gilblom, 22, burglarized a home in the 100 block of Clarksville Road July 12 by breaking through the front door and rummaging through the home’s cabinets and dresser drawers. Investigators on Monday filed charges of burglary, trespassing, criminal attempt and criminal mischief through District Judge Glenn Bates’ office. Police are still trying to locate Gilblom.
Two-vehicle crash: State police said no one was injured after a two-car crash on Route 19 at Kirby Road in Whiteley Township Monday night. Police said Larry D. Blouir, 67, of Brave, crashed into a car driven by William Fisher, 61, of Waynesburg at the intersection about 7:15 p.m.
