The class was called “Exploring Invertebrates,” but third-grade students from First Ward Elementary in Canon-McMillan School District may have been thinking, “Let’s get wet and look for creepy things in the creek.” The students were at Mingo Creek County Park Monday with Sarah Sandin, Washington County Parks and Recreation program director.
