Waynesburg U. to host summer visitations
Waynesburg University is hosting its summer visitation days for transfer students and high school students, along with their families, in June and July.
The visitation days will be held June 26 and July 17 with registration set to begin both days at 8:30 a.m. in Roberts Chapel.
The students and their families will have an opportunity to meet with faculty and staff in their elected majors, learn about admissions and financial aid, take a tour of the campus and eat lunch in Benedum Dining Hall. The visits are designed to provide prospective students and their families with the opportunity to experience Waynesburg University.
“It is an important step for prospective candidates for admission and their families to visit on these summer visitation days to learn about our mission and commitment to academic excellence and outcomes,” Waynesburg Director of Admissions Jessica Sumpter said.
Prospective students interested in attending one of the visitations can register by calling the university at 800-225-7393.
