WAYNESBURG – Students and staff from a creative collaboration with Greene County Career and Technology Center’s Child Care Services Program, Community Action Southwest’s Pre-K Program and Waynesburg Elementary School kindergarten class recently prepared spring-themed activities for the young students.

GCCTC Child Care Services instructor Bonnie Parker read “The Grouchy Ladybug” to the students and donated the book to each class.

The Child Care Services class invites different classes to come once a month to the GCCTC to enjoy a new book, crafts, activities, and singing.

The preschool and kindergarten students enjoyed the special “fun time” at GCCTC, and the Child Care Services Program students gained valuable hands-on experience working with young children.
