Ringgold hires construction manager for new middle school
Ringgold School Board Wednesday hired a Pittsburgh company to perform a preconstruction review of building plans for a new middle school in Carroll Township.
The board hired Massaro Construction Management Services of Pittsburgh to also perform an engineering evaluation on the nearly $40 million building before construction contracts are awarded in October, Ringgold business manager Randy Skrinjorich said.
“We want to make sure everything is tied together,” Skrinjorich said Thursday.
Massaro will be paid $28,000 for the work, he said.
