Vandalism: A woman called Canonsburg police to report juveniles were causing a disturbance outside her home in the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue about 9:15 p.m. Thursday. She said one juvenile urinated in front of her home. Police could not locate the individuals.

Theft: Cedric Thomas reported to police several items were stolen from his unlocked vehicle, including two laptops and a Verizon tablet, while it was parked at Town Park near North Street and Park Drive between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Burglary: Joshua Cole, 35, of Monongahela, was arrested by Monongahela police shortly after midnight Friday for allegedly burglarizing a vacant house at 609 Lincoln St. Police said a neighbor called to report the crime. Cole allegedly was found with hacksaws and crowbars he used to remove copper pipe. He was charged by police with criminal mischief, burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and possessing an instrument of crime. He was arraigned by District Judge Gary Havelka and taken to Washington County jail on $50,000 bond.

Theft: Brian Vandermolen reported to South Strabane police several items were stolen from his vehicle, including a GPS and $50, while it was parked in the 100 block of Dodd Drive within the last two weeks. He also said a window screen in his residence was opened, but no items appeared to be missing.

Theft: Tiffany Yurinko reported to police a solar light being used to illuminate a business sign at 388 Manifold Road was stolen within the past week.

Drug charges: Joseph W. Rasel, 53, of 304 Sugar Maple Circle, Washington, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of suboxone after he was stopped by a member of Washington County Drug Task Force May 6 in the parking lot of Walgreens, 99 Jefferson Ave. The drug task force member said Rasel was in a vehicle counting money when he was approached by an officer, and he admitted to having and selling drugs. Heroin and suboxone were found in the vehicle, along with $618, the task force member said. The charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
