Ranko leading prothonotary race

With 175 precincts reporting, Democratic candidate Joy Schury Ranko is leading the prothonotary race with 56.4 percent of the unofficial votes. Republican challenger David D. Tennent III has 43.5 percent of the votes. Both candidates said if elected they would guide the office to a move automated operation.
