The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Melvin M. Johnson, 47, 109 Church St., Washington; simple assault; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 23 months in intermediate punishment program, six months on electric home monitoring and anger management counseling.

Brandon K. Creighton, 39, 16 Main St. Terrace, Wheeling, W.Va.; possession of a controlled substance and simple assault; charged March 8; sentence – a month to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation and restitution.

Alexandra L. Zayakosky, 27, 1 James St., Belle Vernon; unsworn falsification; charged Aug. 25, 2014; sentence – two years of probation, five hours of community service and prohibited from owning, possessing or buying a firearm.

Taryll M. Skaggs, 39, 271 Red Run Road, Smithton; retail theft; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electric home monitoring, retail theft classes and no contact with Walmart.

Henri A. Basha, 43, 702 Washington Ave., Charleroi; impersonating a public servant and theft by deception; charged Sept. 8, 2014; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electric home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.

Charles W. Thomas, 26, 126 Florence Ave., Burgettstown; robbery; charged Jan. 31; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail, five years of probation, 100 hours of community service, restitution, no contact with victim or PNC offices.

Fred H. Rose, 50, 1326 Meldon Ave., Donora; terroristic threats; charged May 3; sentence – anger management classes and no contact with victim.

Carmen M. Namie Jr., 28, 400 Chestnut St., Donora; defiant trespass; charged March 22; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with the Highland Terrace property.

Peyton E. Hull, 20, 155 E. Katherine Ave., Washington; carrying a handgun without a license; charged May 14; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 15 months of electric home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and restitution.

Christopher N. Sickman, 30, 230 Reed St., Houston; simple assault; charged May 3; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, one month on electric home monitoring, 75 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Bradley Bly, 24, 805 Sherman St., Monongahela; resisting arrest; charged Aug. 24, 2014; sentence – two years of probation, no contact with California Borough and 50 hours of community service.

Terry M. Queen, 31, 220 Skyline Drive, California; unsworn falsification; charged Dec. 20; sentence – four to 23 months on electric home monitoring, five hours of community service and ineligible to possess, purchase or transport firearms.

Appearing before Judge Valerie Costanzo were:

David L. Waychoff, 37, 422 Dusty Trail, Claysville; receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief; charged May 25; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, no contact with Golden Triangle and restitution.

Terry L. Kover, 46, 104 Piersol Ave., Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession, sale, use or display of documents; charged Aug. 13, 2014; sentence – 36 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Martel G. Johnson, 25, 150 Plumpton Ave., Washington; possession with intent to deliver, possession of prohibited firearms, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and driving without a license; charged May 1; sentence – 2 1/2 to five years in prison, $200 fine and driver license suspension.

Richard D. Lacks Jr., 21, 962 Addison St., Washington; false identification to law enforcement officers; charged Aug. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.
