The Washington County Gay Straight Alliance will host a candlelight walk through downtown Washington on Nov. 20 to recognized Transgender Day of Remembrance. All are welcome to participate. The program will begin at 6 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 100 E. Wheeling St. This is the third year WCGSA has held this national event, which honors transgender people who have died to to violence, hate and discrimination.
