Retail theft charges: Justin Doyle and Kristine Surbells, both of 126 Scott Road, Eighty Four, are facing retail theft charges after allegedly taking merchandise from Walmart without paying for it. Police said the two removed about $258 worth of items from the store.
Assault alleged: Jeraun Paolucci, 33, of 126 Woodland Ave., was arrested Thursday on a charge of simple assault after a domestic dispute at his home, police said. Paolucci allegedly struck a woman twice in the head and neck. He was placed in Washington County jail on $15,000 bond.
Theft charge: Mark Ealy, 44, of 532 McKee Road, is facing a theft charge after allegedly taking $600 from Kenneth Miller of the Buy & Sell Outlet, 172 S. Main Street, for roofing materials, but not returning with supplies, police said.
Firearms charge: Demetrius Moye, 23, of Washington, was arrested Thursday for carrying a firearm without a license, police said.
