Daniel David Fuller, 40, of Cleveland, Ohio, was arraigned Monday on charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children, according to court documents.

State police said Fuller sexually assaulted a boy, now 12, on three occasions in 2009 and 2010 at a home in East Finley Township.

The boy reported the incidents to his mother in 2015.

Fuller was placed in Washington County jail on $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing before District Judge Ethan Ward is set for Dec. 7.
