Northeast Ohio nature center creates life-sized Candy Land
KIRTLAND, Ohio (AP) — Did you ever want to walk through the rainbow trail in the Candy Land board game?
A nature center in northeast Ohio has created a life-sized version of the classic children’s game for the holidays.
It’s now open at Penitentiary Glen Nature Center in Kirtland, east of Cleveland, and will stay through Jan. 3.
Organizers say that visitors can play the game that has a nature-themed twist with different seasons and foods from each season.
