Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Valerie Costanzo were:
Marlous L. Johnson Jr., 31, 222 E. Pitt Street; possession of marijuana; charged May 17, 2012; sentence – 5 to 30 days in jail.
Knowledgeborn Price, 39, 1208 Crescent Ave., Ellwood City; driving under the influence; charged June 27; sentence – 45 days in jail, 18 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, 18-month license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and $2,500 fines.
Maurice Gardner, 34, 660 Woodward Ave., McKees Rocks; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 21, 2012; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Ronald J. Bock Jr., 51, 358 E. Pike St., Houston; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 3; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Tyler Criswell, 26, 824 McClane Farm Road, Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Eugene O. Reddick, 33, 739 Third St., Clairton; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 28, 2014; sentence – $450 fine.
Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
William H. White, 23, 3090 Brownsville Road, South Park; theft; charged Jan. 12; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, restitution and no contact with the victim.
Ian Linkhauer, 30, 103 Lakeview Circle, Valencia; retail theft; charged Feb. 17; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, retail theft classes and exclusion from Lowes.
Stephannie A. Thompson, 35, 2130 E. National Pike, Scenery Hill; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jamie J. Winters, 35, 118 Montclair Ave., Pittsburgh; unsworn falsification; charged June 12, 2014; sentence – 2 years of probation and 5 hours of community service.
Nicholas L. Novotny, 27, 321 Beallsville Road, Bentleyville; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged June 18; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Brandon M. Weiss, 34, Ellsworth; sexual abuse of children and possession of child pornography; charged Sept. 11, 2013; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail, must comply with Megan’s Law for 15 years, perpetrator counseling and no contact with minors.
Dani A. Patterson, 46, 601 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi; DUI; charged Dec. 21; sentence – 6 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program, 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $1000 fine and 12 month license suspension.
Amanda M. Musisko, 32, 847 West Newton Road, Elizabeth; possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver; charged Jan. 1; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program, 6 months of electronic home monitoring.
