Harassment: Leroy Hickman, 75, of 255 Hemlock Road, Waynesburg, was cited for harassment after state police said he pushed a woman to the ground and slapped her Oct. 7 while at Ruff Creek General Store at 720 Washington Road in Washington Township.
Harassment: Phillip Stanger, 29, of Clarksville, was charged with harassment after punching Michael Vulcano, 25, of Nineveh, in the face several times Monday in Greene County prison, according to borough police.
Trespass charge: David Swaney, 27, of McClellandtown, was charged with trespassing after he returned to a residence where the owner previously ordered him to leave, according to borough police.
Theft by unlawful taking: A Lincoln Mig Welder was taken from Air Drilling Associates at 455 Mount Morris Rd. between Oct. 1 and Oct. 10.
