PITTSBURGH (AP) – Police say a Pittsburgh man who was one of several kicked out of a city tavern returned a short time later and fired shots into the business, grazing two customers.

Twenty-six-year-old Paul Durham was in custody early Monday awaiting arraignment on charges including aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and firing a gun into an occupied structure.

Police say Durham and some others were removed from the bar by security workers before Durham returned to Art’s Tavern near the Strip District and opened fire.

Two people grazed by bullets were treated by paramedics at the scene.

Police found the suspect’s car a short time later and arrested him during a traffic stop.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Durham.
