No parking during Cal U. homecoming parade
California University of Pennsylvania will hold its annual homecoming on Saturday. The homecoming parade is scheduled to start at noon at the university and proceed down Third Street to Union Street to Second Street, then making a right turn and heading back to Cal U. There will be no parking along the parade route beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday. Vehicles parked along the route will be towed starting at 10 a.m., California Borough police said.
