The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced overnight closures and single-lane restrictions will be in effect today through Friday on I-376.

On Monday, there will be a full outbound closure of the parkway from the Fort Pitt Bridge from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. with single-lane restrictions in place on the inbound side and at various locations on I-79.

On Tuesday, the inbound side will close completely during the same time with single-lane restrictions enforced on the outbound side.

Wednesday’s work will force a full westbound (outbound) closure while the eastbound (inbound) side of I-376 will have single lanes in place as well as on portions of I-79 leading up to the tunnel.

Thursday night, PennDOT crews will close inbound lanes including the Fort Pitt Tunnel; traffic from the Banksville on-ramp will have access to Route 51. A closure of the tunnel and outbound lanes will begin 2 hours after completion of the Pitt game until 6 a.m.

On Friday, crews will close the outbound lanes from 9 p.m. until 10 a.m. from the Fort Pitt Bridge to I-79. Single-lane restrictions will be in place on the inbound side from 9 p.m. to noon Saturday.
