Two Burgettstown men charged with burglary, theft and arson after a flower delivery vehicle that had been stolen from a Burgettstown business was found burned in Smith Township waived their cases to court Wednesday.

Conner Bartoletti, 18, of 68 Danna Drive, and Paul Bartoletti, 20, 66-C Bavington Road, were each charged by McDonald police after allegedly taking the van from Lily’s Flower Boutique on Sept. 21.

District Judge James Ellis agreed to give them an unsecured bond with the conditions that they have no contact with the victim and have drug and alcohol evaluations. Paul Bartoletti is also to have a mental health evaluation. Both have 9 p.m. curfews unless they are working.

Both were released from Washington County jail, where they had been housed on $50,000 bond since their arrest earlier this month.
