Theft charge: Donovan Yusek Rosendary, 23, of California, faces charges of theft and receiving stolen property in connection with an Aug. 14 incident at his 670 Park St. apartment, California police said. He allegedly took an impact drill, sledgehammer, vacuum and leaf blower that did not belong to him.

Woman charged: Jeannine Johnson, 40, of 1008 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Saturday by borough police on charges of interference with the custody of children and possession of a small amount of marijuana following an incident at her home. She placed in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond.

Warrant arrest: Charleroi police arrested Robert Levandosky Jr., 24, of 308 Crest Ave., on an outstanding bench warrant Wednesday morning. While taking him into custody, police said they found empty heroin stamp bags and needles in his possession. He was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant and faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vehicle fire: Fallowfield and Charleroi firefighters were called to extinguish a vehicle fire Saturday morning on Interstate 70. James Lambert of West Newton was traveling west when the engine of his vehicle caught fire, state police said.

Hit-and-run: David Aubele of Bethel Park told Southwest Regional police his sport utility vehicle was hit while it was parked Monday at Mineral Beach swimming pool.
