Action: At the request of the Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, the commissioners ratified a refundable grant from Southwest Behavioral Health Management for an amount not to exceed $200,000 to assist with the financial needs of the department during the state budget impasse.
Also at the request of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, the board approved an agreement with ARC Human Services to provide pre-vocational services and residences through June 30, 2016, for a maximum of $259,500.
At the request of Coroner Tim Warco, commissioners approved Dr. Leon Rozin’s travel to the Fall Institute of Forensic Science and Law at Duquesne University at a cost of $192. Rozin has a contract with the coroner’s office.
At the request of the Parks Department, the board approved an agreement with Finleyville Volunteer Fire Department to conduct inspections of Mingo Creek Park this year and next for an annual fee of $1,000.
