Parkway West closure planned

The outbound Parkway West (Interstate 376) and Fort Pitt Tunnel will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly through Thursday night between the Fort Pitt Bridge and Intestate 79 for reconstruction. A detour will be posted.
