Harassment: Teddy Lee Bird, 41, of Washington, was charged with harassment following a verbal altercation with Crystal Renee Montano, 34, of Washington, around 7 p.m. Thursday at 226 Charles St., according to state police.

Criminal mischief: State police reported vandals damaged wooden decor railing on a porch at 648 Mingo Park Estates between 2 and 5 a.m. Saturday. They said Karen Stacey Shaffer of Washington owns the residence and are asking anyone with information to call 724-223-5200.
