PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Police say a man stole a car in north Philadelphia with two twin 3-year-old boys asleep in the backseat.

WPVI-TV reports it happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday when the boys’ 34-year-old father left the car running as he went into a restaurant to get takeout food. The thief noticed the car running and sped away with the children inside.

Police found the car a few blocks away with the twins still asleep in the backseat.

Investigators are still looking for the suspect.
