PennDOT schedule announced for next week
The state Department of Transportation issued its work plan for Greene County starting Monday.
Jerry Simkovic, Greene County maintenance manager, urged motorists to drive with caution through all work areas.
• Bridge replacement on state Route 1023 in Cumberland Township.
• Bridge flushing on Route 19 from the West Virginia line heading north.
• Shoulder backup on Route 18 in Center and Franklin townships, Route 4012 in Morris Township and on Interstate 79 between Mt. Morris and Waynesburg.
• Pothole patching on Route 21 in Richhill and Center townships and spray patching on routes in Greene County.
• Side dozing and drainage repairs on routes in Cumberland, Jefferson and Monongahela townships.
• Bridge scour repairs on routes in Greene, Morgan and Washington townships.
• Slide repairs on state Route 3018 in Aleppo Township.
