The following people appeared recently for sentencing in Washington County Court.
Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski was:
Jonna J. Swisher, 35, 246 Shirls Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 4; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Andrew Duncan, 19, 1321 Lucia Drive, Canonsburg; simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 11, 2014; sentence – 2 weeks in jail with credit for time served, 3 years of probation, continue with mental health treatment, restitution and no contact with victim.
James W. Price, 29, 104 E. Katherine Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 24; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Dechaunta D. Jolly, 30, 449 Ewing St., Washington; retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and driving while operating privileges were suspended or revoked; charged April 29; sentence – 30 days in jail to six months served on electronic home monitoring , 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine, restitution, one year driver’s license suspension and no contact with Giant Eagle or Walmart.
Lloyd F. Balmer, 24, 18 Hillman St., Bentleyville; delivery of a controlled substance; charged June 22; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program and 90 days of electronic home monitoring.
James Nelson, 42, 401 Highfield Ave., Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 24, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
William T. Ankrom, 22, 50 Campbell Ave., Washington; possession of a prohibited firearm; charged April 23; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail.
Justin M. Marish, 28, 109 Grant St., Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 15, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kenneth E. Cameron Jr., 26, 121 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 13, 2015; sentence – six months of probation.
Jack B. Allen, 55, 9 State Route 2044, Bentleyville; recklessly endangerment; charged Feb. 20; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program and 30 days of electronic home monitoring.
Daryl W. Demchak, 47, 142 Wisebecker Lane, Monongahela; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 17; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail.
Matthew J. Price, 22, 201 Dubrovich St., Belle Vernon; fleeing and reckless driving; charged April 27; sentence – 1 month to 23 months in jail with credit for time served and $200 fine.

Jessica McLaughlin, 38, 240 Sunset Boulevard, Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation.
George Benson, 60, 1204 Maple Ave., Monessen; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 6; sentence – 2 years in the intermediate punishment program, 3 months in jail and six months of electronic home monitoring.
Mark A. Franks Jr., 34, 1001 Castner Ave., Donora; driving under the influence of a controlled substance; charged June 6, 2012; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in jail, 12-month driver’s license suspension and $1,000 fine.
Dominic J. Bellotti, 25, 1822 Virginia Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 23; sentence – 1 month to 6 months in jail, 12-month driver’s license suspension and $1,000 fine.
Jesee W. Inman, 29, 625 N. Main St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Travis A. Musgrave, 41, 595 Ridgewood Drive, Fredericktown; access device issued to another who did not authorize use; charged Nov. 24, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Jamie L. Lemon, 45, 57 Sycamore St., Muse; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and first offense of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 27; sentence – 18 days to 6 months in jail with credit for time served, $1,000 fine and 12-month license suspension.
Tina M. Edmonds, 49, 174 Paris Colliers Road, Burgettstown; second offense of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without valid inspection; charged June 20; sentence – 18 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 3 months on SCRAM device and first 6 months on electronic home monitoring, $1,525 fine, license suspension and Interlock ignition device.
Alycia M. Mitchell, 31, 163 S. Wade St., Washington; second offense of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged July 29; sentence – 23 months of Intermediate Punishment program with first 30 days in jail and first 4 months on SCRAM device and credit for time served, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension and 12-month Interlock ignition device.
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged. Admitted were:
