Parkway, Fort Pitt closures
The state Department of Transportation has announced overnight closures on the Parkway West and Fort Pitt Tunnel in Pittsburgh this week, weather permitting. The closures will occur from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
There will be outbound closures of the tunnel nightly through Saturday morning. The outbound parkway between the Greentree and Interstate 79 interchanges will be closed tonight and Thursday night with inbound closures between I-79 and Parkway Center Drive on Wednesday and Friday nights. Detours will be posted.
