Information used: Canonsburg police received two reports of information from credit cards being accessed and used to make purchases. Richard Burgess of Canonsburg reported $1,289 in purchases were made, four in Virginia, one in California and one in Minnesota. Joseph Hinda of Nice Ink reported his business credit card was used to make two $500 charges.

Drug arrest: Kendall L. Dupree, 39, of 180 Morton Ave., New Eagle, was arrested over the weekend on warrants obtained by state police on drug charges. Dupree is accused of selling heroin to confidential informants on five occasions in March 2014. Three sales were made in New Eagle and one each in Carroll Township and Monongahela. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on five counts each of possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of paraphernalia. He was placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Corruption charges: Nathaniel Jacob Eisel, 19, of 108 1/2 W. Wylie Ave., Washington, along with two 17-year-old boys, one from Washington and the other from Ellsworth, face charges after they were allegedly intoxicated and trying to sell marijuana Saturday night at Washington Crown Center, North Franklin police said. Police confiscated marijuana, a scale and cash. Eisel was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka on charges of corruption of minors, underage drinking, possession of marijuana and public drunkenness. He was released on his own recognizance. Both boys were charged in juvenile allegations with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, underage drinking, public drunkenness and conspiracy.

Counterfeit money: North Franklin police said three, counterfeit $20 bills were passed April 4 at 7-Eleven, 1360 W. Chestnut St.

Charged in theft: Julie Lynn Maynard, 31, of 211 Crawford St., Houston, was charged with retail theft by North Franklin police after she allegedly stole $341 in clothing from Macy’s, Washington Crown Center, Friday. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Two face charges: Ricky Wright, no age given, of 541 Linwood Ave., Washington, and Mark Kisner, 47, of 7705 Westmoreland Ave., Pittsburgh, each face charges by summons of burglary, criminal trespass and theft after they were caught stealing tools and cash from a home at 200 Baltimore Ave., Friday, North Franklin police said.

Theft, drug charges: Ashley Nicole Keen, 27, of 369 Lively Road, Washington, faces charges of retail theft and drug possession following an April 4 arrest at Marshall’s at Washington Crown Center after she allegedly tried to steal nearly $100 worth of merchandise and was in possession of two empty stamp bags containing heroin residue, North Franklin police said. The charges will proceed by summons.

Disorderly, resisting arrest: Michael A. Myers, 26, of Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested Sunday night by North Strabane police on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public drunkenness after he allegedly created a disturbance at the Hyatt Hotel, 212 Racetrack Road. A hotel employee told police he was trying to start fights with other guests and refused to stay in his room. Police also said he struggled with them when they tried to take him into custody. He was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and placed in Washington County jail on $2,500 bond.

DUI, other charges: Jeffrey Paul Trybend, 50, of 113 Chartiers St., Strabane, was charged Friday by North Strabane police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, driving under suspension and careless driving after he reportedly failed to stop for police after they received a complaint about him peeling tires after leaving a Strabane bar March 26. Police arrived outside the bar, and could see smoke. When they tried to stop him, he continued driving. His blood-alcohol content was almost three times the 0.08 percent limit presumed for intoxication. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Trespass charge: A 15-year-old McDonald boy will be charged by McDonald with criminal trespass after reportedly getting his all-terrain vehicle stuck Friday in a marsh at a Range Resources well pad, Robinson Highway, Robinson. A tow truck had to be called to free the vehicle.

DUI crash: Dayna Kelley, 24, of 108 E. Wylie Ave., Washington, will be charged by Washington police with DUI after she crashed her vehicle into a pole early Saturday at South Main and Maiden streets. Police said her BAC exceeded the 0.08 percent presumed for intoxication.

Cellphone stolen: Michelle Powell of Washington told Washington police Friday her cellphone in a pink case was stolen from a lot on East Wylie Avenue.

Truck entered: Troy Steele of Canonsburg told Washington police Saturday his truck was broken into while parked at 138 Hall Ave. Stolen from the truck were a variety of tools and equipment including mitre saw, jackhammer, hand tools and saws.

Game player stolen: Aaron Hyslop, of 203 E. Hallam Ave., told Washington police Saturday his daughter’s XBox 360 game console was stolen and sold at a Washington-area business. Charges are pending, police said.

Wallet stolen: David Frankenfeld, of 42 E. Maiden St., told Washington police Sunday his wallet containing cards and identification was stolen from his vehicle.
