Criminal mischief charge: Allison Elaine Sanders, 43, of 410 Sadler St. Extension, Point Marion, was charged by state police Friday with criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct for an incident that happened March 17, according to court documents. Sanders allegedly stopped her vehicle outside a residence at 632 Walnut Hill Road, Dunkard Township, and scratched the paint on a victim’s truck, while pounding and kicking it and shouting at the victim, police said. Sanders allegedly scratched obscenities into the side of the truck, causing more than $2,000 of damage, police said.
Failure to register charge: Marcie Lynn Burroughs, 47, of 350 Stewart Hill Road, Waynesburg, was charged by state police Friday with two counts of failing to register as a sex offender. Burroughs, who has two previous convictions of having sex with teens, including one girl and four boys, missed her quarterly registration deadline with state police, according to court documents. Once police investigated, they discovered Burroughs was no longer living at her former 1048 Rolling Meadows Road address in Franklin Township, according to court documents.
Aggravated assault charge: Ryan Tuttle, 19, of Wind Ridge, was charged Sunday by Waynesburg police with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment following an incident Saturday night. Tuttle allegedly punched his sister in the head multiple times while at her mother’s house, 287 E. High St., Waynesburg, according to court documents. His sister suffered several injuries to her face, neck and mouth, including chipped teeth, police said. Police reported when they arrested Tuttle, he said there was going to be “revenge for this,” according to court documents.
