WAYNESBURG – A number of criminal defendants pleaded guilty this week before Greene County Judge Louis Dayich.

Frank R. Frost, 29, of 247 Tower Road, Holbrook; offense – theft; a charge of access device fraud was withdrawn; between July 13 and Aug. 1, Frost used Carl Frost’s credit card to purchase $1,980 in gift cards at Lowe’s in Washington; sentence – 6 to 24 months in jail, credit for 87 days served; $1,980 in restitution.

Brianna Michelle Evans, 34, of 45 W. Lincoln St., Waynesburg; offenses – theft, receiving stolen property; on July 24, Evans stole $20 from a house in Center Township; sentence – 6 months of probation, $50 fine, 60 hours of community service.

Tyler Scott Holbert, 22, of 103 First St., Greensboro; offenses – fleeing or attempting to elude police, five summary traffic violations; Holbert failed to stop for a sheriff’s deputy Nov. 25 after running a stop sign on Route 2011 in Dunkard Township; sentence – 6 months of probation, $625 in fines, 50 hours of community service.

Jeremy Michael Perry, 24, of 142 Larimer Ave., Bobtown; offense – possession of drug paraphernalia; a charge of possession of a controlled substance was withdrawn; Perry was arrested April 24, after overdosing at his home; a hypodermic needle and 15 glassine bags of heroin were found in the house; sentence – 1 year of probation, $100 fine, 75 hours of community service.

Adam Kennedy Hawk, 35, of 707 E. College St., Waynesburg; offenses – driving under the influence of alcohol, three summary traffic violations; arrested Sept. 4 following a traffic stop, Hawk had a blood-alcohol content level of .121 percent; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, $775 in fines.

Angela Ann Holub, 31, of 159 Ohler Road, Mount Pleasant; offenses – DUI and four summary traffic violations; arrested April 12, 2015, Holub had a BAC of .137 percent; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, credit for 48 hours served; $775 in fines; 50 hours of community service.

Cory Dain Ball, 21, of 277 Water Tank Road, Greensboro; offenses – possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct; Ball was in possession of several stamp bags of heroin Aug. 31 when he was searched before being taken to jail following a probation violation hearing; sentence – 1 year of probation, $50 fine, 100 hours of community service.

Tonya Jean Demaske, 32, of 855 Rolling Meadows Road, Waynesburg; offense – possession of a controlled substance, a charge of contraband was withdrawn; Demaske was in possession of two rocks of crack cocaine at Greene County jail Nov. 25 when she was brought in on an out of county warrant; sentence – 3 years in the county intermediate punishment program, the first nine months of which will be served under house arrest with electronic monitoring, credit for time served, 100 hours of community service.

Martin Jay Hackney, 28, of 690 Crucible Road, Rices Landing; two cases, offenses – DUI, criminal mischief and a summary traffic violation; forgery, access device fraud and theft, charges of identity theft were withdrawn; on May 31, Hackney was stopped by police after his vehicle threw gravel in the Crucible Citizens Club parking lot, damaging the doors at the fire station across the street, he had a BAC of .166; between Aug. 9 and Sept. 9, Hackney used his father’s debit cards and checks to obtain cash and make purchases totaling $951.77; sentence – 5 years in the county intermediate punishment program, with the first six months under house arrest, credit for 48 days served; $1,125 in fines, 300 hours of community service; $3,276.77 in restitution.

Hollie Jill Reeves, 38, of 740 Sheffield Ave., Aliquippa; offenses – possession of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness; on Feb. 21, Reeves was found apparently sleeping in her vehicle in the parking lot of the Shop ‘n Save store in Carmichaels; a syringe, spoon and empty stamp bag was found in her vehicle; sentence – 1 year of probation, $200 fine, 120 hours of community service.

Brandon William Nuckels, 34, of 153 Wood St., Nemacolin; offense – unsworn falsification to authorities; on July 9, Nuckels attempted to buy a pistol at Dry Tavern True Value Hardware; he failed to indicate a previous felony conviction on the required ATF form; sentence – 1 year of probation, $750 fine, 75 hours of community service.
