Heroin possession: Michelle Mayo, 45, of 273 Kennedy Store Road, Morgantown, W.Va., was charged by Cumberland Township police Monday with possession of controlled substance and prohibited acts for possessing one stamp bag of heroin and five syringes. Police reported finding the paraphernalia while responding to a drug-related call at Sheetz on Route 88 shortly after 5 p.m., according to court documents.

Possession of credit card: Joshua Franklin Davis, 29, of 222 Kurans Road, Carmichaels, was charged Thursday by Cumberland Township Police with possession of a credit card that belonged to his mother, who told police she didn’t give him permission to use it, according to court documents.

Cocaine charge: Mildred Luvone Dixon, 54, of 3 Terry Court, Downingtown, was charged with two counts of prohibited acts for possessing a small amount of cocaine, state police said. Dixon was about to visit an inmate at SCI-Greene prison Oct. 31 when police searched her car and found the bag, according to court documents.

Disorderly Conduct: Clarke Jason Lingenfield, 26, of 145 Clarksville Road, Clarksville, and John William Pochron III, 29, of 980 N. Eighty-eight Road, Rices Landing, were charged by state police with disorderly conduct for fighting with two other people in a driveway near Lingenfield’s residence March 27.
