Driver faces charge: Lee A. Mincone, 54, of Clairton, will be charged by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from an April 3 crash in the 3200 block of Route 136, Nottingham. Police said he was driving east on Route 136 when his vehicle went off the road, hit a pole and came to rest in a field.

Assault charge: Brian J. Larkin, 48, of Finleyville, will be charged by state police with simple assault after he allegedly struck Kristin A. Harrison, 45, during a confrontation Friday at 623 Mingo Park Estates, Nottingham. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge James Ellis.
