Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water on Cherry Alley in Waynesburg, between Washington and Morris streets, between 7:30 and 11:30 a.m. today to make system upgrades. Customers might experience low pressure or no water and are advised to keep containers of water on hand to minimize the outage.
