The following recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.
Maria D. Menuey, 25, 40 Bel Air Drive, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license; charged June 11; sentence – 12 months of probation and a $200 fine.
Kevin E. Blackwell, 34, 111 Hill St., Imperial; possession with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy; charged July 2, 2014; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail and three years of probation.
Sarina M. Gilblom, 43, 630 Henderson Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged April 19; sentence – 23 months in theintermediate punishment program, 12 months of electric home monitoring and restitution.
Edna L Weaver, 57, 128 Jean St., Belle Vernon; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 23; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Ronald E. Brown, 41, 348 Evergreen Lane, Joffree; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 4; sentence – six months of probation, 12 months driver’s license suspension and $200 fine.
Ashley N. Mohr, 32, 251 Hooks Lane, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 24; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Jillian J. McBride, 50 Causey Circle, Claysville; possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license; charged Feb. 18, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, 12 months driver’s license suspension, $200 fine and restitution.
William F. Hewitt, 47, 316 Morganza Road, Canonsburg; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 27, 2012; sentence – 64 months in the intermediate punishment program, 32 months of electric home monitoring and 24 months of probation.
Timothy L. Bassich, 419 Main St., Bentleyville; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 1, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Patrick E. Crumpton, 33, 100 Shirley Ann Drive, Washington; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 9, 2014; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electric home monitoring, $500 fine, one year driver’s license suspension and one year of ignition interlock device.
Nicholas T. Carr, 25, 406 Ash St., Richeyville; driving under the influence; charged June 5; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days of electric home monitoring and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Michael T. Carlson, 28, 180 Route 837, Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged June 28; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electric home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Edward S. Laskody II, 52, 5510 Meadow Creek Circle, Hartville, Ohio; driving under the influence; charged June 6; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electric home monitoring, $1,500 fine, restitution, 18 months driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Stanley J. Stotka, 15 Sixth St., Fredericktown; driving under the influence; charged May 27; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electric home monitoring, $750 fine and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
Mark T. Lint, 43, 85B Main St., Daisytown; receiving stolen property; charged Feb. 25, 2014; sentence – 60 months in the intermediate punishment program; 12 months of electric home monitoring, restitution and no contact with victim.
Celeste J. Lloyd, 23, 145 Woodland Road, Daisytown; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kristie J. Krider, 39, 623 Railroad St., Houston; simple assault and driving without a license; charged Aug. 26; sentence – six to 18 months in jail, $200 fine, restitution and no contact with victims.
Arthur P. Benoit III, 27, 34 Applewood Drive, New Eagle; simple assault; charged Oct. 31; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with victim.
Michael J. Tandarich, 40, 24 Overlook St., South Park; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Feb. 11, 2015; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Brandy L. Gray-Milligan, 36, 419 Oklahoma St., Marianna; endangering the welfare of children; charged May 30; sentence – 24 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and parenting classes.
Sonny R. Heckathorne, 34, 136 Church St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged June 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Adam C. Miles, 28, 345 Cherry Ave., Houston; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged Oct. 29, 2014; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Jacob L. Berestecki, 28, of Beaver Falls; retail theft; charged May 21; sentence – two years of probation, no contact with Walmart and retail theft classes.
Jontee Russell, 31, 201 McKean Ave., Donora; possession with intent to deliver and driving without a license; charged March 31, 2014; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, $200 fine and 12 months driver’s license suspension.
The following were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months for first offenses of DUI. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition to have the charges dropped.
