Theft, assault charges: State police arrested Cody C. Watazychyn, 21, of 673 Castile Ridge Road, after troopers said he crashed a car about 8 p.m. Wednesday and then attacked a relative in his Morgan Township home and stole about $660 in cash. Police charged Watazychyn with theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault and harassment.

Harassment: David A. Howard, 51, of 69 Jefferson Estates, Morgan Township, was cited for harassment after state police said he pushed a woman against a vehicle outside his home.
