Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Kenneth Clark, 21, 135 Kenric Ave., Donora; simple assault; charged May 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.
Harry Irvin, 53, 666 Broad St., Washington; retail theft; charged Aug. 6, 2013; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
John Kadonick, 32, 8 Powerhouse Road, Coal Center; simple assault; charged April 21; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, domestic violence classes and no contact with victim.
Jeremy D. McClain, 27, 355 Allison Ave., Washington; simple assault; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, anger management classes, domestic violence classes and no contact with victim.
Jinnie S. White, 35, 274 Bells Lakes Road, Prosperity; retail theft; charged Nov. 15; sentence – 18 months of probation, 75 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with Lowe’s.
Miranda L. McCoy, 23, 1162 Brush Run Road, Washington; retail theft; charged May 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, 75 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Ashley M. Rager, 372 Fan Hollow Road, Uniontown; criminal conspiracy and theft by deception; charged May 5; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with NAPA Auto and Walmart.
Trisha L. Simmons, 40, 419 Somers St., Pricedale; two counts of simple assault; charged July 10, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with victims.
Xavier D. Wilson, 20, 6110 Academy Drive, Albuquerque, N.M.; criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person; charged June 3; sentence – 30 days to 18 months in jail and restitution.
Nathanel D. Fitzgerald, 32, 137 Chess St., Monongahela; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 30; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail.

Timothy R. Lenhart, 44, 515 Canary Lane, West Newton; driving under the influence; charged Jan 8, 2013; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,500 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Louis C. Timms Jr., 41, 988 Cross St., California; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 4; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring $500 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Scott L. Hoberek, 38, 80 Caldwell Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 14, 2015; sentence – 95 days to 6 months in jail and a $1,300 fine.
Brad A. Nickel, 35, 1809 Gina Drive, West Mifflin; driving under the influence; charged March 9, 2015; sentence – 60 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock and 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Steven E. Bowman, 47, 11 Poplar St., West Alexander; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 63 days to 6 months in jail, $1,500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
George Baker, 53, 332 Steubenville Pike, Burgettstown; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Aug. 1, 2015; sentence – 90 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine, 12 months on ignition interlock and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Amy A. Armstrong, 28, 4085 Cabinet St., Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 6; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Blake A. Balsama, 23, 315 Summit Ave., Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 16; sentence – 60 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electric home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 18-month driver’s license suspension.
Benny R. Jones, 58, 51 Lively Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 5; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
James B. Reed II, 48, 64 Devils Den Road, Burgettstown; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12 months of ignition interlock and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Michael S. Stacy, 30, 1109 Robinson Highway, McDonald; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 16; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Lawrence G. Weyers III, 31, 204 Washington Ave., Midway; driving under the influence; charged June 19, 2015; sentence – six months of probation and a $300 fine.
Raymond A. Kelley Jr., 54, 1600 E. National Pike, Scenery Hill; driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection; charged March 27, 2015; sentence – six months of probation, $600 fine, 25 hours of community service and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Bryan D. Presock, 36, 223 Main St., Dillner; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 18; sentence – six months of probation and a $300 fine.
Jesse Price, 58, 249 Vine St., Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 22; sentence – six months of probation and a $300 fine.

Nathan D. Cataldo, 24, 800 Scenic Drive, Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 4, 2015; sentence – 90 days to 5 years in jail, three months in the intermediate punishment program, 45 days on electronic home monitoring and a $2,000 fine.
Sean I. Pondexter, 41, 40 Bel Air Drive, Washington; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 1, 2014; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail and restitution.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
